BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition student wins big in Reno, Nevada

Andrei Triffo from Synge Street CBS Secondary School in Dublin picked up a number of prizes at the ISEF in Reno, Nevada.

Andrei's & his project "Infinite Sums of Zeta Functions and Other Dirichlet Series" scooped 3rd place in the Overall Award in the Mathematical Sciences category as well as second place in the American Mathematical Society Special Award.

 

A great big well done to Andrei for all his hard work!
